Fire Suppression Systems

Full Flooding System

Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems are designed to protect valuable assets in your workplace that would be destroyed by conventional sprinkler systems. Our customers utilize clean agent suppression systems in their telecommunications facilities, clean rooms, data processing centers and to protect priceless artefacts. No costly cleanup is required and some of our systems can be used as a drop-in replacement for Halon systems, which means there is no need to change your current piping structure.Basic fire protection systems, such as fire sprinklers , provide personal and structural protection. But when it comes to high-value assets and equipment or irreplaceable items, water can be just as damaging as fire! Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems are superior to basic water-based fire protection systems in many ways:

  • Extinguishes a fire FASTER Than Water

  • Is Safe for People

  • Requires No Clean-up

  • Prevents Smoke and Soot Damage

  • Causes No Damage to Your Business Assets -Even High-Value Collectibles and Irreplaceable Items

Tube Based Suppression

These systems use our unique patented linear detection tubing which is installed throughout the panels and cableways. This tubing can not only quickly and accurately detect a fire but also suppress it before it can damage adjacent components.

These systems do not need complex electronic detectors or panels and operate simply using pneumatics.

This alleviates the need for separate power supplies or battery backups and also makes the entire system fail safe with minimal moving parts.

A choice of non-conductive extinguishants are available which will not damage the electrical components or leave a residue. These include Novec 1230 & HFC 227  which are  both non-toxic and the most environmentally friendly agent currently available

Kitchen Hood Suppression

A fire needs three things to thrive: oxygen, heat, and fuel. Once the system detects a fire, the nozzles above the appliance will discharge wet chemicals. These wet chemicals are engineered to quickly put out fires by covering the flames and starving them of oxygen. As soon as the system trips, the gas line to the appliance will also be immediately cut off, depriving the fire of fuel.

This two-pronged approach quickly puts out a kitchen fire without affecting other cooking stations. This means that you don’t lose all of the food being prepared in your kitchen, just the food that was burned in the fire. Since fires produce a lot of smoke, the hood automatically turns on to remove the smoke from your kitchen. Kitchen hood suppression systems respond automatically to fires, which minimizes loss

Water Mist System

  • As water mist both cools the fire and removes the oxygen, it results in quicker fire fighting

  • Due to the cooling effect of water mist, re-ignition is avoided

  • The  water mist system is ready for re-use immediately after a fire

  • Water damage is kept at a minimum due to the low water consumption of the high pressure water mist system

  • The  system can be deployed instantly, resulting in less damage

  • Using only pure water, the water mist system gives you the best possible protection of equipment and human lives

  • The reduced amount of damage often means less down time, resulting in much lower costs

  • There is no need to fill up cylinders, thus saving expensive refilling time and overall costs

  • The pump unit takes up little space and needs no special room or safe storage

  • Easy and fast installation is possible due to small pipe sizes and low system weight
